A virtual meet had been organised by MBA 2nd Year students for their juniors [Batch of 2021]. The overall event was handled by IGBS 2nd Year students.

Agenda:

• Started with Introduction of IGBS campus by presenting video in which they showed all the memories and the pictures of the events which have been taken place in the 1st year of seniors.
• Student Council Members introduced the IGBS Student Council. Briefed them how it works, what all are the roles, how can they apply, how can it help them during placements.
• Then we discussed about the academics of two year programme.
• Answered all of their queries regarding academics and placements.
• Then senior volunteers conducted games and quizzes for them.
• Seniors made it more interactive by presenting songs and poems.
• Juniors were happy and quite interactive during the whole session.
• Juniors were on video and audio; they also sang songs.
• And seniors ended it with vote of thanks and nice music.
