Objective

The main objective is to develop in the students a sporting spirit, an event to display their physical prowess.

Brief Report

1. The day was scheduled to begin at 7:30 am at the Cricket ground, where the students assembled for an oath ceremony for fair play and sportsmanship
2. Almost all students from MBA first year participated in the two day events which included Cricket, Table-Tennis, Football, Carom, Chess and Volleyball.
3. This year’s Sprint 2K18 witnessed an active participation and organization by IGBS Students
4. The student and faculty coordinators did a wonderful job of organising and conducting the respective games.

Outcome

1. The Student volunteers monitored the events solely. This boosted their confidence of people management skills.
2. All students had a role to play, be it participating or organizing the events.
3. It boost the management skills of the students like planning, organizing, team-building, leadership and problem solving
4. Students learned sportsmanship spirit and how to deal with challenges and hurdles.
