Brief Report

1. IGI Parandwadi Campus celebrated dandiya eve on Friday 30th Sept 2022 with the help of perfect traditional attires, the dolled up look and dancing skills.
2. This programme was arranged under the guidance of IGI Chairperson, Dr. Tarita Shankar. Dr. Sunil Ingole- Principle ICEM, Dr. Virendra Tatake, Director IGBS, all faculty, staff and students were present for this event.
3. A live performance by music band made it all the more special for the students. At. 5.30 pm, the band blasted the first tunes for the night, commanding the students to forget everything about their routine lives and get lost in the world of festivity. All the students, teaching and non-teaching faculty present there joined in the celebration, tapping to the spectacular music. The fun and frolic event of Dandiya Eve commenced with the beats of a garba song dedicated to Goddess Durga.
4. The night ended with winners taking away prizes, Aniket Yeole, IGBS second year student won the title of best dressed.

Outcome

1. The event was stimulating and enjoyable and simultaneously refreshing for all the members.
